Please carefully read the following waiver before attending the Pilates Conference Marrakech, Morocco on October 24th to 26th, 2025.

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that you have a positive and enjoyable experience. By attending the conference and participating in group classes and/or private sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

In case of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your physical health, you should consult with a healthcare professional before attending the conference.
It is your responsibility to inform the teacher(s) of any limitations, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely.
Participation in any of the workshops and classes is voluntary, and by attending, you are providing your informed consent to engage in physical activities.
Participants are responsible for monitoring their own well-being during any of the group classes and private sessions. If at any point you feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any other unusual symptoms, stop the activity immediately and inform the teacher.
Ensure that you use all Pilates apparatus as instructed by the teacher(s) and, for reasons of safety, please do not use equipment unless a teacher is present.
Participants can resign from taking part in the conference only until the 31st of July 2025; after that, a refund of the paid price will not be possible.
Participants are required to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies established by the conference organizers and the hotel. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the conference premises without a refund.
The conference organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Participants are advised to take necessary precautions to secure their belongings during the event.
Photography, audio recording, and video recording will take place during the conference. By attending, you grant permission to the conference organizers to use your image, likeness, or voice in any promotional or educational materials.
Taking your own photos and videos during the conference is allowed; however, please be respectful of others' privacy and seek permission before capturing images that include fellow participants.
In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions provided by the conference organizers. Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and first aid supplies.
